4. What happens if I refuse to pay the duties?
If customs duties are not paid, the package may either be returned to us or discarded by the carrier or customs authority.
- If the package is returned, the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, and we will issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding any shipping fees and taxes.
- If the package is discarded, unfortunately, a refund will not be possible.
