In observance of the upcoming Chuseok holiday, Pulsar will be on holiday as per the following schedule:

Holiday Period: September 16th (Mon) – September 18th (Wed), 2024 KST

During this time, customer support and shipping services will be temporarily unavailable.

Shipping Notice: Orders placed before 8am KST on September 13th will be shipped on Friday, September 13th. Orders placed after 8am KST on September 13th will be shipped sequentially starting from September 19th. 

This applies to shipping options other than RINCOS.

RINCOS Shipping Notice: Orders placed after 8am September 11th via Rincos will be shipped sequentially from September 19th.

Inquiries received during the holiday period will be addressed starting from September 19th (Thu), in the order they were received.
